Su práctica surge de la necesidad de dar voz a aquello que duele, con el propósito de interrumpir silencios heredados tanto en el ámbito familiar como social. Su trabajo explora temas vinculados a la identidad, la memoria, la herencia, los desplazamientos, la salud mental y la discapacidad, con un énfasis particular en la representación de personas con discapacidad auditiva desde una perspectiva sensible y crítica.
Como persona hipoacúsica, investiga la combinación de distintos lenguajes ante la imposibilidad de expresarse desde uno solo. La poesía se configura como un punto de partida fundamental en sus proyectos, permitiéndole expandir la fotografía más allá de su soporte tradicional. Su investigación actual se centra en los vínculos entre archivo, palabra escrita e imagen fotográfica, mientras que, en paralelo, explora procesos alternativos como la cianotipia, la clorotipia y el fototransfer sobre materiales como plástico, vidrio y madera. Estas exploraciones le han permitido cuestionar la obra como resultado final y otorgar mayor valor al proceso y a la experimentación.

Her practice emerges from the need to give voice to what hurts, with the aim of interrupting inherited silences both within the family and in the social sphere. Her work explores themes related to identity, memory, inheritance, displacement, mental health, and disability, with a particular emphasis on the representation of people with hearing impairment from a sensitive and critical perspective.
As a hard-of-hearing person, she investigates the combination of different languages in response to the impossibility of expressing herself through a single one. Poetry serves as a fundamental starting point in her projects, allowing her to expand photography beyond its traditional support. Her current research focuses on the relationships between the archive, the written word, and the photographic image, while she simultaneously explores alternative processes such as cyanotype, chlorotype, and phototransfer on materials like plastic, glass, and wood. These explorations have led her to question the artwork as a final result and to place greater value on process and experimentation.
